Happy Halloween Foil Balloon Letter Garland. Metallic balloon, polyamide foil or Mylar, i.e., the type normally sold inflated with helium by street vendors at parties and fairs. The balloon comes deflated. To make the balloon float, it must be inflated with helium. If you come to our physical store or purchase it there, we will inflate it for you.
