Description
18 IN x 45 cm Trick or Treat Foil Balloon. Metallic balloon, made of polyamide foil or Mylar, i.e., the type normally sold inflated with helium at parties and fairs. The balloon comes deflated. To make the balloon float, it must be inflated with helium. If you come to our physical store or purchase it there, we will inflate it for you.
