63 cm Bat Metallic Foil Balloon. Ideal for decorating at Horror Parties like Halloween. Metallic type balloon, Foil Polyamide or Mylar, that is, those that are normally sold inflated with Helium on the street at parties and fairs. The balloon comes deflated.
